Horrible shopping experience at Food *****s Lenasia with manager Conrad
Horrible experience ,Conrad manager Food *****s Lenasia. I bought these Silit multi-purpose lid which no redeem stickers was needed I bought it cash. Then the handle was loose I went to the shop to say they can returned to fix it but the guy was not even listening to me saying we can returned these things that bought when redeeming the stickers. We ended up shouting because he was not even listening to me. He is very rude and arrogant. He was quick to say what he doesn't know . The lid was bought without stickers. He doesn't have people skills at all.y intentions were clear if there is way that they fix my lid by returning to supplier to fix it as nothing is broken just the handle is loose. They say his name is Conrad if that was his really name. Black guy who is arrogant.

The service was good...
The service was good also the lady Nobuhle was able to help me with uploading the pictures as well explaining that my policy is active and they will wait for the licence disk as the car is new.

MAG The Glen branch horrible experience
I took in my car on Monday the 24th 2024 and I received a message in disassembled stage for two days. Then on Wednesday no communication. Then Thursday the car is in workshop then boom still waiting for authorisation from the insurance coz there is more damage to the car when the strip the car also that I had to find out when I called them and the lady in reception promise to give me to call back on Friday until there were off line around 3:30 no phone calls. She also have nerve to ask me why I don't have car hire on my insurance imagine. So how long it takes to fixed a bumper? I am going there on Monday I was to see the damage besides the one was authorised by the insurance. The car I am using it to go to work now I have use Ubers that costly. So they delay the process to sponge money from the insurance. I can even share pictures to see the damage was not that big now they making it big just to take time and sponge money from insurance. The trust I have with them it gone I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone.

Bad service ever from Ntokozo Simelane and Edgar the technician.Dont but their appliances don't ever
I bought a 7kg washing machine end of July 2023 i only do washing on Saturday I did my first load and I thought there is something I am doing wrong the white cloths came out dull...i tried the next weekend thinking I am the one who is unable to operate the machine. I noted when finish washing there will be foam and my cloths come out like there was staysoft I was puzzled what could be the issue. Then I did the extra rince that is 30 Min then I found out my cloths are no rinse properly. So now I had wash for 60 Min and do an extra rince for 30 Min that was pathetic. I lodged a call that the functioning on the machine I am not happy about. Ntokozo Simelane said she will send technician to check the washing machine and the guy by the name of Egda came and run a 15min circle and do a report saying there is no fault. I said again there is no fault but I can't be doing a one load for 1and 30 Min because the washing machine doesnt rinse out the soupy water first before pulling the water with staysoft or fibric conditioner. Then Ntokozo told me I must try 9kg as it had more options and they brought the machine for me to try . They brought an old machine and Edgar connect the machine he left the place so dirty and run a 15 Min circle and it was proven that this machine rince only once we took pictures and send to Ntokozo with Edgar . Then wanted to try a longer circle as I am only doing washing on weekends . Then the washing machine they brought to my house is liking . I would see the leakage the day they brought the machine as they left the place so dirty then I finish work I cleaned out thinking it just water from the pipes that on the floor. They refusing to give my full refund but the Edgar guy confirm with me that I am not the first person to complaint about the rinsing of the machine. Then he suggest I must with pre wash them wash do I will do one load foe two hours as I want my cloths to be clean. Ntokozo doesn't have customer services she is busy telling me about the refund process I bought a machine for washing but I can't be doing washing the whole day coz their functioning on their machine is not correct or working properly even the top loader rinse out the soupy water then rinse with fabric softer. I only done one load I don't have washing machine as the machine they brought to my house is liking .
