Money making scheme , price changes according to Gavin s feelings .
I am really angry and feel ****** by Gavin and Tshepo from 48 Boysen's Rd Selby jhb , some1 referred to this money making scheme shop .my reference person is a usual customer there , so he asked for the price on my behalf .he was told the rubber is R450 . when i went there to go buy the rubber is now R1000 .we negotiated it only came down to R450 ,ladies and gents dont buy from there people especially if you are women they will scheme for being a woman .

Excellent Service and Company!
I went to Motor City Spares last week and I must say it's some of the best customer service I've ever received. Not really knowing the car industry, the sales man I dealt with really took the time to explain everything to me and ensure that I got the right part at a very decent price! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM! Especially if you looking for good prices and great quality deals.

Excellent Service and Company!
I went to Motor City Spares last week and I must say it's some of the best customer service I've ever received. Not really knowing the car industry, the sales man I dealt with really took the time to explain everything to me and ensure that I got the right part at a very decent price! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM! Especially if you looking for good prices and great quality deals.

On the 22nd March 2020 I went to Johannesburg to buy a gear box for my car worth R7500 at one of the s**** yard by the name of motor city auto spares. To my surprise when returned back with the gear box it was a wrong one. Due to lock down I had to wait up until the shop was opened. Then on the 6th of these month I had to drive back to Johannesburg for exchange and the salesman together with the owner of that s**** yard they told me that they can only be able to assist me with the gear box the following day which is the 7th but I have to pay for courier due to the fact that they have given me a good deal in terms of the box. I didn't had any problems with paying for the courier then on that day I returned to bloemfontein without the gear box. They never kept me posted on any devopments I was the one who was calling them to try to find out how far are they with the gear box up until I organized myself one on the 13th of this month and I did get my gear box late that night. To my surprise again they have given me the wrong gear box again and I tried to call the salesperson on his phone to explain to him that he has given me again the wrong gear box he never answered his phone I left him a message stating clearly that he has given me the wrong box again but he never called me back up until to date. I am still stacked with the wrong gear box and I have already paid way too much for the box and for the courier l am not satisfied with the service that I got from that company their service is very poor thy don't take their customers very seriously for the mere fact that I drove all the way from bloemfontein to Johannesburg. The company is situated at 48A Booysens Rd Selby and their telephone number is 010 100 3998 and the sales Rep is Chris his numbers are the following one 0740290127. All I want is to return their gear box and get my money so that I can organize my self one because their service is poor and they don't take their customers very seriously you have to call them constantly in order to check for your product.
