I just came from Nedbank clearwater after being advised i shud go into the branch . i am so disappointed with the unwillingness to assit me from the consultant and the manger . ,all i want is my money to transferred back to me .i really respect protocol but the 2 ladies were not willing to help . even if i ws thinking of banking with nedbank hoo wowza never such horrible services . my brother went to attrechville branch and he was not not assisted he was kicked out like dog . Nedbank is not the problem but the employees that are not willing to assist but just wana toss like ******* .
on the 20th of June i transfered money into a nedbank account from another bank . the receiver has not recieved the money till today .he went into the Atteridgeville Nedbank with the proof of payment and he was not assisted . I called the nedbank call centre and no 1 is able to help me . I lost my R800 to nedbank because they say they cant trace the money or the account . this is very frustrating yho .can some1 help me pls get my money back atleast .
I don't know why I joined this money making scheme called virgin active . They decided to close Jabulani Branch . who must pay 10 % cancellation ? I still want to gym @ the same venue because I don't use any transport , I walk there . I will not pay any extra money for transport and I will not pay any cancel fee . I regret ever joining virgin . its proving a scheme that's making money out people and claiming to give us a healthy lifestyle .no more . and to top it all the call center takes forever to answer a phone call .what you are doing is ******* if you close the gym also provide transport .wow I despise this brand called Virgin .
on the 21 of makro --i requested for a cancellation on the Oder because i found out i was pregnant. you didn't cancel the order instead you delivered the order 3 weeks later after cancelation request .now you are telling because of the quality of the picture you are rejecting my request for refund ? what bull **** is that . i didnt even open the damn thing and you are not happy coz of the picture ? i spoke to your idiot consultant the 1st 1 is not giving me any solution the second 1 Nelisiwe puts me o hold for no reason . after u have refund me my money we are done Makro ncaaa .
I chose the Sandton branch thinking I will get the best service wowzah , they stole my Bluetooth device and till this day I am waiting for a phone call..I dont recommend proline express sandhurst .
hello , the proline -next to Shell garage ,from the guard at the door to the lady at the door they are not friendly at all . the way the spoke to me and treated me made me wana go back without being assisted . Proline please take them to a customer service training . i am not trying to make it a race thing but the rashness and rudeness was almost as if i am black .No lady and gentleman work on ourselves and treat ur fellow black customers with kindness and friendliness . i wnet to get the water the lady gave me rude hello to say where are are you going

jabulani mall --I bought a baby powder with a voucher which i thought was R50 only to find out its R100 , the teller told I cant get anything for R25 and that the R25 is forfeited. Kanjana if I am short of R25 are they gone give the product ? hell No . I boycotted clicks for its bad customer service .I want my R25 .and where is it written if I don't spend fully on a voucher I forfeit it .ene pls train the stuff to remember that while dischem is running a business pls note of this gentle reminder that u r also dealing real human beings. dont treat like **** when we come .
I am really angry and feel ****** by Gavin and Tshepo from 48 Boysen's Rd Selby jhb , some1 referred to this money making scheme shop .my reference person is a usual customer there , so he asked for the price on my behalf .he was told the rubber is R450 . when i went there to go buy the rubber is now R1000 .we negotiated it only came down to R450 ,ladies and gents dont buy from there people especially if you are women they will scheme for being a woman .
I went to game today to complain about a blender i bought in October 2020 . from the tone of Amanda i can just see that i will not assisted insteaed Amanda was making comments to say that its my problem that the blender is broken . i started using the blender in january this year .had i known i was busying a tevo product i would have never bought it .things from glomail and tevo are a money making scheme . u buy their and and within 2 months of using it breaks and its ur fault as a customer ,not to mention i paid R800 for blender hopping it will last me
