have a claim for my fridge that was registered on 3 November. My claim was repudiated, yet the cover that is stated as the reason for repudiation is clearly noted as covered on the policy schedule. I am now left with a fridge that is not working, and my groceries have spoiled.
All I keep hearing is that the matter is still being referred to the insurer. This has caused a significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate urgent clarification and resolution.
