Horrible service from MVP and Johan Du Rand Motors

I bought my car from Johan Du Rand motors on the 17th of February 2023. I was then advised that I have a 24 month warranty with the MVIA. I have never received any policy/warranty documents until the 11th of February 2025, and that was after I had to make a call requesting for them. By then my car was almost a week at the workshop that was referred by the dealership due to linkeage failure, fixed and awaiting payment. I am now being told that the claim has being declined because they only cover linkeage for automatics. HOW WAS I GOING TO KNOW THAT WITHOUT THE POLICY DOCUMENTS. Can somebody please take ownership so that my car can be released!!!!!!!!
