Poor customer service from Motus Honda East Rand

On the 31 January 2025 I bought a Renault Kwid via Absa finance at Motus Honda East Rand, helped by Meshack ****u(sale person) as I got the car I only got the permit no car disc until today when asking about it they shifted the blame head office that they were the ones who were suppose to have all papers on dot.

So with such customer service real disappointes me specially from a big brand like Motus
