Terrible service from the manager

I had one of thee most horrible experience with the manager Victoria Sutcliffe at the labrisa spa, Mount Nelson I don't recommend anyone to go there she is one racist lady who doesn't give a flying cow about any of her clients she wouldn't even listen to my issue , I was told she was busy and she would only see me after 30 minutes. 50 minutes later she decides to come and speak to me and once I told her what my issue was she said it's not her problem And she won't do anything about it. After arguing with her for 15 minutes she then decide of she must now go on lunch she doesn't have time for my issues as she walked away a white lady stoped her and complained about the same thing I did , and then she told the lady well give you a free massage and helped her but she couldn't help me

She has no way of speaking to anyone
