Great Product. Bad Courier.

I had ordered their AcquaBox 20-litre for several months. Although their customer service is commendable, their chosen courier falls short. The courier appears to handle packages without proper care. On one occasion, the packages were so severely damaged that Mountain Falls had to replace them.

Even though it might be some of the most refreshing still water I've tasted, the 4-7 day turnaround time means I'll opt for smaller quantities, where it's conveniently available in restaurants; and source larger quantities from more widely and readily available suppliers.
