Worst experience ever

Move on Cresta. Bought a pair of shoes, they were too small and I returned it the next day. They refused to give a refund because the shoes was on special. Almost everything in store was on special, that is really bad customer service. I fitted one in store but when I got home I tried both, the soles was so hard the shoe could not bend and really uncomfortable to walk in. They would not assist and just saying I must email.
