Today is my birthday. I wanted to book a special for two at mowana spa. I saw one online, on their website under current specials for February 2024, however I noticed that the validity date specifies 2016. I called and emailed to enquire about this special. The manager responded only to repeat everything I told her without providing a solution except to tell me of other specials. She declined my request for a discount nor was she willing to address the issue of false advertising, in fact she stopped responding to my email. I am warning everyone to look out before booking online or rather or better still to avoid mowana altogether. If they cannot update their website or resolve a client enquiry, what are the chances that one will encounter more problems with them.
