Poor Service

I submitted a loan application on 26 April, and as of today, 4 May, I have not received any feedback. Each time I check the app, it still shows the message: “Thank you for submitting your information. We are busy processing your application.”

I have attempted to call multiple times, but the calls are disconnected. I have also sent emails and have not received any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing. At this point, I am also unable to cancel the application, which adds to my frustration.

I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
