Poor Service

I submitted a loan application on 26 April, and as of today, 4 May, I have not received any feedback. Each time I check the app, it still shows the message: “Thank you for submitting your information. We are busy processing your application.” I have attempted to call multiple times, but the calls are disconnected. I have also sent emails and have not received any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing. At this point, I am also unable to cancel the application, which adds to my frustration. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter.

Pathetic service

Since the 10th of April, and now that it’s the 3rd of May, I am still waiting for Takealot to collect my return order. All they seem to be good at is sending daily messages claiming that it will be collected before 5:00 pm, yet nothing happens. When I check on the app, it says “return concluded “. How can it be concluded while it hasn’t been collected and I haven’t been refunded. I’ve emailed them and I’ve been speaking to different consultants, they are all just ***********, this is like a rocket science to them.

Pathetic Service

I placed an order for a phone through the Dunns Mobile section on 3 June 2025, and as of 11 June, I have yet to receive it. There has been no communication from their side—no email responses, no updates, and certainly no courtesy call to explain the delay. When I tried calling them myself, I was met with rude and dismissive service. I was simply told to "wait another week" due to a supposed breakdown—without any apology or accountability. Their customer service has been appalling. I've been waiting at home for days, cancelling personal plans just to ensure I'm available for the delivery. Despite the delay, they haven't even offered me the option to collect the phone myself. The complete lack of care and customer support is deeply frustrating and unacceptable. They deserve zero stars.

Pathetic Service

Aramex is giving me the poorest service. I've been waiting for a parcel that was sent on the 11th of August from Parklands to Watergate (Mitchell's Plain) and today is the 20th. Every time I phone them they promise to deliver the following day then they don't. They don't even call me to say what their problem is or if they are getting lost or something. I need my parcel but they are just so useless, their service is really pathetic. That was supposed to be an overnight courier but now I'm the second week waiting

Cancel My Policy

Whenever I call Clientel Legal in need of assistance, I get no help from their call centre. Now I'm tired of this and I want to cancel this policy, still no help from the call centre, they put me on hold forever and yet I pay for this policy every month. Someone please help me in closing this policy.
