WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have sent multiple emails requesting that my account be updated to settled and closed and to send my paid up letter. I urgently need my paid up letter and this to be updated as settled with the relevant credit bureaus before the credit score update in June. They hang up when I call.
