WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I have sent multiple emails requesting that my account be updated to settled and closed and to send my paid up letter. I urgently need my paid up letter and this to be updated as settled with the relevant credit bureaus before the credit score update in June. They hang up when I call.0 replies

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Why is your customer service so horrible? What is the point of a phone number or email address if you don't respond or pick up? Why does one always have to resort to Hello Peter to actually get some service? I've emailed and called multiple times, 0 response. Tried telegram, no response. How am I meant to settle my loan and get a paid up letter like this0 replies

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
This company has undoubtedly the worst customer service ever!! Ticket after ticket gets logged by ISP and still 0 connection after it took over 20 days to get get connected. And now its off AGAIN!!! What is the purpose of paying for something that is never working1 reply
