Extremely unethical business

I called this company to come fix the gate and they came, they fixed some part and broke the other. I called them again and he unplugged something else just so that it can work for a few days. I called them again and the gate only worked for a little while then broke down again. He told me that if it breaks again then they need to take the motor for servicing and their servicing costs about R18 000. I called another company for a second opinion and they showed us exactly what Mr gate Mr garage broke. I was advised that my battery was overcharged and caused the whole thing to fuse. My feeling is that this company keeps their company profitable by ripping off their customers so that we can keep on calling them again and again. Judging by the reviews I guess this company has been doing the same thing for a very long time and they are never held accountable for their terrible actions. I need everybody who has been ripped off by this company to email me their contact details to bophanm@live.com. I will personally use every single cent I have to make sure that we expose them of who they are. It’s either they provide the service that we call them to provide or they just shut down because its not only the money that we are wasting. They are putting our lives at risk. If my gate motor stops working immediately after they leave because they are hoping I will call them again, what if we get attacked by criminals in the middle of the night while the company is busy worried about making profit out of ripping off people. They need to be held responsible for their actions.
