Worst ISP Ever, Even a Vox Employees Advised me to Join Afrihost as its way better.
If you are wondering if you should get Fibre from Vox, think again. You will be subscribing to the worst ISP ever. I mean worse to such an extent that one of the Vox employees even advised me to try Afrihost because its been working well for them which means even Vox employees think they are the worst ISP. I've been out of Internet since Sunday, Today is Tuesday and still nothing. No hope of it coming back. I've already made peace with it and ordered a router, I'm forced to move to LTE because even when you cancel they won't release the line immediately. Once you are in, you are stuck. Save yourself and try other ISPs or you will regrets.

Extremely unethical business
I called this company to come fix the gate and they came, they fixed some part and broke the other. I called them again and he unplugged something else just so that it can work for a few days. I called them again and the gate only worked for a little while then broke down again. He told me that if it breaks again then they need to take the motor for servicing and their servicing costs about R18 000. I called another company for a second opinion and they showed us exactly what Mr gate Mr garage broke. I was advised that my battery was overcharged and caused the whole thing to fuse. My feeling is that this company keeps their company profitable by ripping off their customers so that we can keep on calling them again and again. Judging by the reviews I guess this company has been doing the same thing for a very long time and they are never held accountable for their terrible actions. I need everybody who has been ripped off by this company to email me their contact details to bophanm@live.com. I will personally use every single cent I have to make sure that we expose them of who they are. It’s either they provide the service that we call them to provide or they just shut down because its not only the money that we are wasting. They are putting our lives at risk. If my gate motor stops working immediately after they leave because they are hoping I will call them again, what if we get attacked by criminals in the middle of the night while the company is busy worried about making profit out of ripping off people. They need to be held responsible for their actions.
