I log a claim via Absa with regards to a burst geyser last week. Mr Plumb was dispatched via Fogi to replace the burst geyser.
The day after the geyser replaced, there was another leak discovered by the tenants the next day. The inspection was done by the plumbers but they failed to inform me to log another claim for the 2nd leak. When they sent this week, they had the audacity to charge me R1000 callout fee.
I am a bit upset that this was not brought to my attention earlier when they discovered the leak the first time. Looks like they wanted to score an extra buck.
