Mr Plumb was sent out to assist me by my insurer, Naked Insurance. This was the worst service provider in this sector that I have ever been assisted by. The employee who assisted with the booking was unhelpful and disinterested, all she was concerned about was money and invoices, her following up was poor and inconsistent. The employees arrived late, completed one job card and forgot the other. They even made me sign for incomplete work. When I queried today, I again had to go through the lady that dis the bookings, which remained a nightmare. I am in shock that Naked insurance would work with a company like Mr Plumb that provides such poor customer service.

The last few reviews for this company follow a trend, all 5 star ratings on the same day around the same time. (two of these have been removed by HelloPeter as I reported them for being written by employees who I could identify from my comms, I have proof). Chosen through our Insurer, our experience with Mr Plumb was very disappointing and we ended up having to go with an alternate contractor because of the lack of service delivery. We would definitely not recommend Mr Plumb to anyone.

Chosen through our Insurer, our experience with Mr Plumb was very disappointing and we ended up having to go with an alternate contractor because of the lack of service delivery. We would definitely not recommend Mr Plumb to anyone.

Mr Plumb has an outstanding team from the admin staff who are always friendly, efficient and professional, to the plumbers who arrive well-trained, prepared and confident in their work. Their service is reliable, smooth and genuinely a pleasure to deal with.

I log a claim via Absa with regards to a burst geyser last week. Mr Plumb was dispatched via Fogi to replace the burst geyser. The day after the geyser replaced, there was another leak discovered by the tenants the next day. The inspection was done by the plumbers but they failed to inform me to log another claim for the 2nd leak. When they sent this week, they had the audacity to charge me R1000 callout fee. I am a bit upset that this was not brought to my attention earlier when they discovered the leak the first time. Looks like they wanted to score an extra buck.
