The past few weeks have been nothing short of a nightmare for our family—we faced a faulty kitchen faucet, a blocked bathtub, and three bedroom electrical sockets losing power completely, all occurring days apart. Throughout these challenges, Naked Insurance has been a pillar of reliability and efficiency. From the moment we placed our first call, we were met with some of the most polite, understanding, and helpful professionals we have ever encountered. Every interaction with your team was seamless, and there was never any fuss, unnecessary back-and-forth, or hidden complications—just straightforward assistance when we needed it most. We logged two separate claims on different days, yet each was handled with the same level of care and urgency. The service providers you sent were not only highly skilled but also polite, helpful, and respectful, which made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. What truly stood out was Naked’s unwavering commitment to follow through—you consistently checked that the service providers were en route, confirmed that they had contacted me, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the work done. It is rare to come across a company that blends efficiency with genuine care, but Naked Insurance has done exactly that. I would like to take some to commend Afrihost for having in their employ Hopewell M. I had been struggling to receive my emails since very early today. All my problems came to an end a short while ago. This is all credited to Hopewell M, who gave up close to an hour of his time to help me. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am. Hopewell was calm, professional, intelligent and knows the job. No matter how many times I asked ridiculous questions or repeated my uncer*****y, or even panicked, Hopewell was not phased. Hopewell just gave me the best responses, reassurances and support. Hopewell persisted until all on my end was fixed. Even then Hopewell made sure that I upgrade to the correct package, and reassured me of the longevity of the new package. Hopewell is the most amazing person. Yet again, Afrihost shows why they are arguably the best around and thank you again Hopewell, you are an asset to the company.
I would caution others about using this app for betting. On two occasions, I won bets, and payment was not made. I escalated the matter via the support chat, only to be notified that it had to be further escalated. Such a poor experience .
It has been an absolute nightmare in trying to insure my car with Naked Insurance I am not new to the insurer, I have been with them for a while now, and I have several personal items, home insurance, as well as car insurance with them already. It has however, been quite frustrating that I cannot get my newer car comprehensively insured, as I am unable to re upload the vehicle inspection video onto the insurers online platform. I add through no fault of mine. Make no mistake, the response to queries and feedback remains of the highest quality but the fact that my inspection video cannot be re-uploaded onto the app is of concern, and of more concern is the fact that this cannot be resolved for close to a week. This bodes poorly on Naked Insurance, I would appreciate that the personnel who work with the app addressed this, as this is a just poor reflection on them, and ultimately Naked Insurance.
I want to extend my thanks and appreciation to Luyanda Yika who provided me with the most exceptional service. Luyanda is knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite. He is in touch with the needs of the client, and is confident in KingPrice offering being ideal. He is an excellent brand ambassador, and he is the reason that I signed up. I am so grateful for Luyanda’s assistance.
I would like to take a moment to thank Sonja at Naked Insurance, along with her team, and Solar Plumbers for the outstanding service that my family and I received from them all. We had a burst geyser this week, and it was really an unpleasant ordeal not having running hot water come out of our shower. This being said, I commend Naked Insurance, Sonia and all parties involved for the outstanding, professional, empathetic and reliable service that we received from each of them. We are so grateful to have Naked Insurance as our insurer. Naked Insurance has always being there for us, be it home insurance, emergency assistance, motor vehicle assistance and/or portable insurance. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing insurer there for us when we need them the most.
Dear Mr Price Cellular/Mobile. I had the most unpleasant and horrible encounter with Ebrahim from Mr Price Mobile/Cellular at Chatsworth Centre a few minutes ago. For a salesperson who is wanting to promote your mobile/cellular venture, Ebrahim is the worst ambassador/salesperson you could ever have employed. He is rude, arrogant and unfriendly. He even asked me to move away from the shade in a public area, only because it was near the Mr Price tent. I will never consider moving to your cellular network, after dealing with Ebrahim’s poor mannerism. Is this what Mr Price employees are like? I will pass on how negative an experience Mr Price Cellular salespeople are, to everyone I know.
Dear Reviewers, I am so glad that I go to read all of your reviews regarding Tracker, and the poor service that you have received from them, especially in the way of billing. I am literally on the brink of signing a 36 month contract, however based on the reviews I have read, it’s seems that I am better off going to one of the more reputable tracking companies. On a personal note, it is so sad to see so many negative reviews from a company that I have always considered a major player in the car tracking sphere.
Naked Insurance, is an absolute game changer. They make car, home, building and special items easy, and affordable to insure. There is no mess, no fuss, just plain down quality. Nothing hidden, everything is transparent. Their staff is quick to respond to queries via the app, and even more professional when talking to them telephonically. A special mention to Karabo Rasetsoke, who took time today, a public holiday to answer my query. You guys are amazing, and we the consumer get such a fair deal, and peace of mind knowing that Naked Insurance is backed by Hollard.
I really can’t thank Jason and his amazing team at Weelee enough for such brilliant services rendered. Everything from coming over to evaluate my car, to having it auctioned, to overseeing the sale was efficient, ethical and professional. I would advise anyone who is looking to sell a vehicle, to go with Weelee. They are the real deal, and do what’s best for both buyer and seller. Thank you again Weelee, for making selling our RunX such a stress-less experience.
