I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional support I received from Trent at Naked Insurance during what was a very difficult time for me. From the moment my accident happened, Trent handled the situation with a level of care and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. I was shaken and overwhelmed, and he recognised that without me needing to explain it. He made sure my car was arranged for towing without delay and, more importantly, that I was safe and taken care of. He did not treat it as a routine process. He treated it as a person needing support. What stood out for me was his consistent communication. Trent kept me informed at every stage, responded to messages promptly, and often went further by calling to check in. That level of follow-through is rare. He is calm, well spoken, and genuinely attentive. No matter how many questions I had, he answered each one with patience. During moments where I felt anxious or uncertain, he remained steady and reassuring, which made a real difference. This experience could have been far more stressful. Trent’s approach made it manageable.
Mr Plumb was sent out to assist me by my insurer, Naked Insurance. This was the worst service provider in this sector that I have ever been assisted by. The employee who assisted with the booking was unhelpful and disinterested, all she was concerned about was money and invoices, her following up was poor and inconsistent. The employees arrived late, completed one job card and forgot the other. They even made me sign for incomplete work. When I queried today, I again had to go through the lady that dis the bookings, which remained a nightmare. I am in shock that Naked insurance would work with a company like Mr Plumb that provides such poor customer service.
I would like to take some to commend Afrihost for having in their employ Hopewell M. I had been struggling to receive my emails since very early today. All my problems came to an end a short while ago. This is all credited to Hopewell M, who gave up close to an hour of his time to help me. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am. Hopewell was calm, professional, intelligent and knows the job. No matter how many times I asked ridiculous questions or repeated my uncer*****y, or even panicked, Hopewell was not phased. Hopewell just gave me the best responses, reassurances and support. Hopewell persisted until all on my end was fixed. Even then Hopewell made sure that I upgrade to the correct package, and reassured me of the longevity of the new package. Hopewell is the most amazing person. Yet again, Afrihost shows why they are arguably the best around and thank you again Hopewell, you are an asset to the company.
I want to extend my thanks and appreciation to Luyanda Yika who provided me with the most exceptional service. Luyanda is knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite. He is in touch with the needs of the client, and is confident in KingPrice offering being ideal. He is an excellent brand ambassador, and he is the reason that I signed up. I am so grateful for Luyanda’s assistance.
I would like to take a moment to thank Sonja at Naked Insurance, along with her team, and Solar Plumbers for the outstanding service that my family and I received from them all. We had a burst geyser this week, and it was really an unpleasant ordeal not having running hot water come out of our shower. This being said, I commend Naked Insurance, Sonia and all parties involved for the outstanding, professional, empathetic and reliable service that we received from each of them. We are so grateful to have Naked Insurance as our insurer. Naked Insurance has always being there for us, be it home insurance, emergency assistance, motor vehicle assistance and/or portable insurance. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing insurer there for us when we need them the most.
Dear Mr Price Cellular/Mobile. I had the most unpleasant and horrible encounter with Ebrahim from Mr Price Mobile/Cellular at Chatsworth Centre a few minutes ago. For a salesperson who is wanting to promote your mobile/cellular venture, Ebrahim is the worst ambassador/salesperson you could ever have employed. He is rude, arrogant and unfriendly. He even asked me to move away from the shade in a public area, only because it was near the Mr Price tent. I will never consider moving to your cellular network, after dealing with Ebrahim’s poor mannerism. Is this what Mr Price employees are like? I will pass on how negative an experience Mr Price Cellular salespeople are, to everyone I know.
Dear Reviewers, I am so glad that I go to read all of your reviews regarding Tracker, and the poor service that you have received from them, especially in the way of billing. I am literally on the brink of signing a 36 month contract, however based on the reviews I have read, it’s seems that I am better off going to one of the more reputable tracking companies. On a personal note, it is so sad to see so many negative reviews from a company that I have always considered a major player in the car tracking sphere.
Naked Insurance, is an absolute game changer. They make car, home, building and special items easy, and affordable to insure. There is no mess, no fuss, just plain down quality. Nothing hidden, everything is transparent. Their staff is quick to respond to queries via the app, and even more professional when talking to them telephonically. A special mention to Karabo Rasetsoke, who took time today, a public holiday to answer my query. You guys are amazing, and we the consumer get such a fair deal, and peace of mind knowing that Naked Insurance is backed by Hollard.
I really can’t thank Jason and his amazing team at Weelee enough for such brilliant services rendered. Everything from coming over to evaluate my car, to having it auctioned, to overseeing the sale was efficient, ethical and professional. I would advise anyone who is looking to sell a vehicle, to go with Weelee. They are the real deal, and do what’s best for both buyer and seller. Thank you again Weelee, for making selling our RunX such a stress-less experience.
I would like to say a big Thank you to KB Thabethe from KingPrice for the kind, caring and professional service she afforded to me. After breaking my prescription glasses, KB assisted me through my claims process from start to resolution. KB made the process stress free on my part. KB through the process was empathetic to how urgent a matter this was, and finalised my claim as quickly as possible. I am extremely grateful for to KB for her mannerisms, and for providing me with such ‘Royal’ service.
