I log a claim via Absa with regards to a burst geyser last week. Mr Plumb was dispatched via Fogi to replace the burst geyser. The day after the geyser replaced, there was another leak discovered by the tenants the next day. The inspection was done by the plumbers but they failed to inform me to log another claim for the 2nd leak. When they sent this week, they had the audacity to charge me R1000 callout fee. I am a bit upset that this was not brought to my attention earlier when they discovered the leak the first time. Looks like they wanted to score an extra buck.
I logged a complaint with ABSA HOC a week ago with regards to claim for a burst geyser. The claim no is as follows: 5587173. The plumbers came to fix the geyser but there was another leak in the roof the next day. Mr Plumb came out to 'fix' it but failed to tell me that I need to log another claim. How ridiculous is this. I had to pay an additional R1000 for the 2nd callout. I did not receive any calls with regards to my complaint, just an email indicating that I should some missing information else they will close the case. Thus far I have received no feedback from ABSA!
I logged a ticket with Vox Support on Thursday evening due to my Fibre line being down after a power outage. My ticket was logged by the customer service agent. I checked the status update on their portal but there was none with regards to my ticket logged. I sent an email asking for a status update. Someone called afterwards asking if I received a call from the technician. I received no calls the whole day. I requested that someone come out today @ 13:00. The agent told me that it should be fine. No one showed up today.
I bought a Genesis Garment Steamer at the Someset West branch in the Western Cape July 2024. Thr consultant informed me that the steamer is under a 2 year guarantee. The steamer worked fine in the beginning but now the water tank leaks. There is no physical damage to the steamer. I took it to the Tygervalley branch and the consultant informed me that the water tank is not under guarantee and that I should buy a new one. I dont even have the steamer for 6 months and the water tank is faulty. The customer complaints line is dead and no one replies to my response on their website. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
