Bad service

i bought a rug from MR Home Menlyn, the rug was too small so i went to brooklyn to see if they had bigger but they did not and i wanted to have a credit however i lost my till slip, they said i must get a re print from menlyn, i went to menlyn. the cashier was very rude to mee, she called the manager who was just as rude and refused to do a reprint and said i had to get something else to that value they will not refund me, i told him i didnt want anything else so he wrote on a piece of paper the ammount and his name and tore if off the book and gave it to me, i am horrified,
