Delayed delivery with no resolution

I have placed an order click and collect Mall at Newmarket i have ordered this for a friend who is leaving to Knysna on Thursday 5 March, the order is now only due 11 March and I won't be able to wait.

They can't cancel the order because its being processed, nowhere did it say delivery to the store will only be 11th.

They want me to return the order once received for a refund

I am asking if they can speed it up and their reply Order delivery , depend on when it shipped, once order is shipped, we can even request couriers, to prioritize delivery, if it needed urgently, I understand that but I just placed the order so surely its not shipped yet if it will only arrive 11 the and they don't have the ability to check their system?

The lady just confirmed this is a normal stock item that they do keep at the store I need to collect from? So why delivery to the store is on the 11th is a mystery !
