Delayed delivery with no resolution
I have placed an order click and collect Mall at Newmarket i have ordered this for a friend who is leaving to Knysna on Thursday 5 March, the order is now only due 11 March and I won't be able to wait. They can't cancel the order because its being processed, nowhere did it say delivery to the store will only be 11th. They want me to return the order once received for a refund I am asking if they can speed it up and their reply Order delivery , depend on when it shipped, once order is shipped, we can even request couriers, to prioritize delivery, if it needed urgently, I understand that but I just placed the order so surely its not shipped yet if it will only arrive 11 the and they don't have the ability to check their system? The lady just confirmed this is a normal stock item that they do keep at the store I need to collect from? So why delivery to the store is on the 11th is a mystery !

No communication, no signal and a sloppy installation
We signed up with Vox end December No one did a site survey. Technician came to install and told me I wasted his petrol because we did not lift the paving bricks? Like wow was I suppose to lift up the entire driveway as no one told us where to remove the bricks? After installation we had no signal in most parts of the house, technician came out and advised we now need a Mesh system R2700 later !!! Yesterday our previous provider came to collect their equipment, we get on the roof and boom vox put their cables straight over the roof, how long before the sun deteriorates it and then I waste their petrol again to come and fix it? No communication, no signal and a sloppy installation!

Bad quality ...!
Bought my friend a watch and chain from Sterns Alberton city for Christmas. I wanted to wrap the gifts on Friday and the chain changed colour. I took it back and the lady said sorry they will not look at it because the chain is a free gift with the watch and that's it. What's the point of a gift if it's such bad quality ? And nowhere was it stated that it's a free gift! Now I have a present that changed colour before my friend received the actual gift! I expected better from someone that's suppose to be a reputable jeweller!

What a waste of time and money
Yesterday i placed an order through 60/60, i selected bacon deal 4 for R99. The driver only delivered 1 (which means it was instock) then i had to get in my car and drive to go and buy 3 more packets that i needed. So ! Waisted delivery fee as i could have gone myself and a day later the higher amount is still reserved on my bank account ??? and nothing reflects in my wallet ? Today i drive to checkers new market and the Sunshine D is R34.99 or 3 for R99, i take one, i get home and my slip states R56.99 So Checkers has waisted not only my time BUT i now paid R34.99 instead of R24.75 for bacon = R10.24 The delivery fee was a waste as i then had to drive there = R36.00 and R22 on Sunshine D Total waisted: R68.24 excluding the higher price i paid for the other 3 packets of bacon that i did not buy from checkers ! Checkers seriously need to relook this as other times my item was out of stock then i will get into my car drive there and buy the same item ???

Thats how they just take your money !
My friend bought me shoes R169.99, it didnt fit, i returned them and swopped them for correct size, new shoes costed R179.99. I had to pay in R59.99. Lets do the maths. I should have paid R10.00, but paid R59.99 then i queried it and the lady rudely said there is nothing i can do for you shoes were just marked down to R129.99. So they already took R50.00 that they were not entitled to - difference between new shoes and marked down price but I paid R59.99 so where did the other R9.99 go ? Then i asked to see the slip and I am not allowed to as i did not come in with a slip (as it was a gift) So do the maths .. if Pick n Pay takes R59.99 from say only a few customers in a month... ???!!!

Disgusted by another rotten ASAP Delivery !
Pick n pay you did it again ! R99 for a Rotisserie chicken the size of a dove that still has blood on the bones when you cut it. Half the cucumber is rotten and soggy ( i felt it when i took it out of the bag ? How did the person packing not notice ? and to top it off 4 rotten avo's ? You pay more for ripe and ready ? Do you get discount for Overripe and ready for dustbin ?

I bought 4 jeans from Edgars today. R399.95 per jean buy 2 get R100 off. Then I get home and take the R399.95 sticker off to reveal a previous price of R349.95 scratched out. Seriously Edgars, you are marking it up by R50 a jean to give us R100 off if you buy 2 ??? And then call it a special? You are insulting the community's intelligence!

ASAP delivery waste of time
Everytime I order through ASAP my order is wrong or missing items. 2 weeks ago they delivered decaf coffee instead of original, last week they delivered Lancewood 600g cheese instead of 800g Ladysmith Gouda and now I was charged R47 for vegetables that was not in the bag. What's the use of the convenience if its going to take endless effort to resolve issues afterwards.

From Hero to Zero with service
Walked in to Ackerman Alberton city and was caught by surprise when a guy told me that he was appointed to assist shoppers, he walked with me, great personality, not such great product knowledge though. Found the perfect outfit for my baby girl but not in her size and Boom there goes the service they don't have her size and cannot check other branches, there is literally (according to him) nothing they cnsan do to assist🥺

Oh Wimpy what happened to you! I am sitting in the smoking section at redruth village. I had to phone from here to your reception to get a waiters attention. The manager told me she was too busy to give me the wifi password😳 then slams the door on her way out 🙄 The lights keeps on going off and the manager tells me that I should have just lifted up my hands, like I should have known. I throw my hands in the air yes, to your bad service Not like you are the cheapest around. High prices no service Wow that's a recipe for failure! Please dont let them phone me and apologize this is my last time here and sorry won't help
