It's been almost a year since I ordered stuff from them and to date, no response. Not even Hello Peter had any effect. This raises a very important question. All this noise about the 'customer' and value, design and experience, focus etc, is it just one big lie. Leading to questions in quality and standards and are those lies to? I've also noticed some private institutions don't comply with ethical standards, authenticity is easily identifiable and the value of a customer is usually louder than everything else. So, after one year, numerous emails and calls, I didn't receive a single response nor acknowledgment. Even an apology would have indicated some standards. I wonder what the reason would be. Is it because I am in Africa and what do we know? Hello Peter is useless and ineffective and I should try an alternate platform? Is the American standard applied to everyone else but them, maybe it's just noise and they're confident they will get away with it? Only certain types of cookies predominantly and originally American websites is the deciding factor? My final question being the distinct difference between UK and US standards. In order to be heard and taken seriously, raising the current standards forced onto us, be more insistent on authentic and real. Generalization being made from my own experience Hinting on the company culture and service level efficiency.
