Mr Video defrauding customers on contract deals

Mr Video Secunda sells movie contracts R250 for 10 movies (as advertised in store) This is the second contract where I realize that they are short changing me. On inquiry the cashier tells me that the movies are still charged at R28 per movie (as appose to the R25 that they advertise).

There is no manager in store and is not available per phone. The cashier tells me that she is just following procedure and can't rectify the problem. Ahe said that I must come back on a Monday as this is the only day that the manager is in store.

This is fraudulent and unacceptable business practice! I took a pictute of the instore add, but can't seem to attach it on my mobile.
