Mr Video Waverley falsely claiming that I have a fine

Waverey Pretoria Branch. I rented a DVD on 16/02/2019 and returned it on 17/02/2019. When I wanted to take out a DVD again in April I was told that I had a fine for returning the DVD on 18/02/2019 which is incorrect.
