POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO FEEDBACK NO WARNING REGARDING TIME

MRC Computers in Krugersdorp accepted my printer on 15/04/2024. A quote was received, payment made 24/04/2024. Upon following up for the 2nd time, I am now being told "Turnaround time on these printers are 2-3 weeks after the jobs accepted". No feedback, no warning on quote regarding time, no follow-up call to say payment received - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
