MS Debt advisors
Based on recent customer reviews, MS Debt Advisors receives sharply divided feedback. Satisfied clients praise individual consultants like Amanda and Mishqah for responsive, helpful service and consistent debt repayment management. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious concerns including unauthorized debits, forged signatures on power of attorney documents, failure to process refunds, and unresponsive communication when issues arise. Multiple customers allege POPIA violations through unsolicited calls using private financial information. The refund process is a recurring pain point, with clients describing prolonged battles to recover funds.

Unsolicited calls, with opening line of "do you have any loans or accounts?" I do not know who you are and you are already asking personal questions. They then offer up 65% off of any debt you owe. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE WILL DE***** YOU!

I had a bad experience with MS Debt Advisors and Real legal,They are the first to take your money and when you asked for feedback they don't answer calls.I would definitely not recommended them to anyone, they are a living night mare.6 months later I still don't have my clearance nor a call to explain why.

We received unsolicited calls from this company offering to "assist" us with our debt. We only have an up-to-date home loan. What bothers me is they had info they could not have obtained without breaching the Popia act, including ID numbers, exact amount outstanding and what we've been overpaying. They also sent an SMS during this phone call that stated we gave permission for them to do a credit check. We did not consent to anything.

Looking at their modus operandi it seems they were trying to put us under debt review without our consent. We don't have debt except for a home loan which is up to date. They knew this information including ID numbers, the amount and with which bank, information they could not obtain without our consent. They sent a sms indicating we gave consent for a credit report that we did not. Their number doesn't work, their HelloPeter is full of "reviews" by new accounts. Reported to the NCR and Information Regulator.
