Pathetic service Cancelled my membership in November and still to pay for December fees as the notice was given late, which wasn’t a problem. Settled my account on the 22.12.2021, went directly to the branch to swipe my card. End of December was called numerous times demanding my fees to be paid. January received a lawyers letter demanding I settle or be handed over, February PF LAWYERS called and threatens legal action. March received a sms stating legal action will be taken. During all these communications continuous POP was sent to prove that the account was paid yet PF hadn’t bothered to rightfully allocate the money. administrative and billing system is just as bad as local government service delivery, if anything they follow suite
