I have absolutely had it with the **** service from you guys.
We sent our car in for a new power steering pump then wait 2 ****ing months without any communication from anyone. If we want to find out about our car we have to call and still don't get the answers we want. The ****ing receptionist tells us no our car is in for panel beating which means the car was in a accident after it left my premises on a trailor because there was no body damage to the car when it left here.
Come out the receptionist does not know the difference between the cars the have. After a month of waiting we get a Hyundai I10 as a loan car then the next day had to take it back because it was sold then we get a piece of **** Kia, the bonnet can't open, the seat belts does not work at all the suspension is ****ed and the gearbox is making a noise.
After 2 months of waiting we get told they can't find a part for the car as the 2014 Ford Figo us discontinued which is utter bull **** and then when we get the car back we find out it's second hand parts that is put into our car where we still need to pay access to the insurance which is bull ****. We had a half a tank of petrol in the car in the car and when my husband went to collect the car there was not a drop of fuel in the car.
This is utter bull ****. And I would like the CEO of the company to actually contact me ASAP so we can get this **** resolved.
