I have absolutely had it with the **** service from you guys. We sent our car in for a new power steering pump then wait 2 ****ing months without any communication from anyone. If we want to find out about our car we have to call and still don't get the answers we want. The ****ing receptionist tells us no our car is in for panel beating which means the car was in a accident after it left my premises on a trailor because there was no body damage to the car when it left here. Come out the receptionist does not know the difference between the cars the have. After a month of waiting we get a Hyundai I10 as a loan car then the next day had to take it back because it was sold then we get a piece of **** Kia, the bonnet can't open, the seat belts does not work at all the suspension is ****ed and the gearbox is making a noise. After 2 months of waiting we get told they can't find a part for the car as the 2014 Ford Figo us discontinued which is utter bull **** and then when we get the car back we find out it's second hand parts that is put into our car where we still need to pay access to the insurance which is bull ****. We had a half a tank of petrol in the car in the car and when my husband went to collect the car there was not a drop of fuel in the car. This is utter bull ****. And I would like the CEO of the company to actually contact me ASAP so we can get this **** resolved. 060 988 3929.
Vodacom fibre is such a disappointment to be honest We had fibre installed on the 6th of November Which guess what it is still not working Every time we call in to find out what is going on they come up with stories which changes every time and they never stick to what they say even the management We have dealt with the 2 following managers and they said they will always answer the phone well guess what they don't William and Tashe I have had it with Vodacom. They are not willing to go to the end of the earth to keep a customer happy but as long as they can get their money at the end of the month they are happy. If someone does want to call me back please only do so if you are going to be putting On my fibre.
We have Fibre installed on the 6th of November 2024 and ever since then it is still not working and every time you call you either get put on hold for 20 + minutes or they come up with stories which changes every time This is the first time that I have Fibre and so far it is a ****ing disappointment. I can't do my work because the fibre isn't working it seems like every one that works for vumatel and Vodacom Fibre is all incapable of keeping a customer happy which means non of them even the management has the necessary customer service skills that they need.
This is the worst place to ever rent from. We have been staying here for almost a year now and since we moved in our taps have been leaking, light fittings are broke, tiles are starting to fall, the wall of the sink in the kitchen is rusted away and tirmites coming out, swithing off the power for now reason, the garage wallsare cracked. And worst of all is our toilet is leaking for a week now and they tell their maintenance guy micheal he needs to come fix it and on the day he tells us no Alec Massel is only buying the stuff maybe next week. This is a health and safety risk to our family Sorry this is bull**** to be honest. They are the ****ing worst.
