Unhappy customer
Broken cars I bought a car on 31st of July 2025 and the car is a s**** it's got mechanical issues and they knew about the matter but they still sold me the car and one of the employees witnessed that he drove the car and notified them with the issues and their response was "the customer will bring it back if he notices the problem" , when I took the car for repairs I asked who will pay for the kilometers since you gave me the damaged car CJ Kleinharns was aggressive and rude he jumped to saying you signed the contract kilometers are kilometers. They are the ones who breach contract with selling me s**** car I ddnt sign up for a s**** car that I must pay huge amount of money for 5 years.

Broken cars
I bought a vehicle last year April only drove it for a week only to find out that the break light were not functioning I took it back and they tried to fix it with no luck. They replaced the vehicle with same model I drove it for less than a month on my from right it was making a funny noise and the front left light wasn’t working I sent them email they told me to bring the car so that they can have it checked I took it there around September they only fixed the light and boot sensor They told me that they will order the steering rack and which they did April 2025 they replaced the steering rack I then took the car to Malas for wheel alignment that’s where they told me the car has a problem they can’t do wheel alignment or balancing I send the dealership an email regarding this they said I must bring the větší that they can have it checked I took it to them when I get there they said it’s steering rack that is broken I was shocked I then asked “how so because the streering rack was replaced 2 months ago I told them told them that I dnt want this car it was giving me problems from day1 they must take it as replacement not trade it they refused telling me that if k want to trade it in they will minus R18 000 from my deposit which is not fair it’s them who is giving me broken cars They are busy robing people

Msi is a **** u pay a huge amount of deposits with old cars 2013 models pay high monthly payment with high kilometers.... The kilometers limitation is a nightmare if u exceed 3000km u must pay it b4 7 day just imagine b4 u get paid from u work if not the collect the car...... The lady by the name of Martie horrible doesn't know to talk to the clients

Disgrace of a company and they don't know what customer service is.
I have absolutely had it with the **** service from you guys. We sent our car in for a new power steering pump then wait 2 ****ing months without any communication from anyone. If we want to find out about our car we have to call and still don't get the answers we want. The ****ing receptionist tells us no our car is in for panel beating which means the car was in a accident after it left my premises on a trailor because there was no body damage to the car when it left here. Come out the receptionist does not know the difference between the cars the have. After a month of waiting we get a Hyundai I10 as a loan car then the next day had to take it back because it was sold then we get a piece of **** Kia, the bonnet can't open, the seat belts does not work at all the suspension is ****ed and the gearbox is making a noise. After 2 months of waiting we get told they can't find a part for the car as the 2014 Ford Figo us discontinued which is utter bull **** and then when we get the car back we find out it's second hand parts that is put into our car where we still need to pay access to the insurance which is bull ****. We had a half a tank of petrol in the car in the car and when my husband went to collect the car there was not a drop of fuel in the car. This is utter bull ****. And I would like the CEO of the company to actually contact me ASAP so we can get this **** resolved. 060 988 3929.

Worst Dealership ever
The most horrible experience ever, I took a car and I was charged insane amounts of money. Had a accident and i paid R 7500 access on a Chevy Spark, and the vehicle was still not in a good condition and after i told them, Thys that works with the insurance got rude and told me im wasting his time. Im giving back the vehicle. Think before you lose all your money on ****ty services and cars from them. It is the worst dealership ever. Whenever I would call them they all are rude over the phone. Speak to a person as if.... I truly do not recommend it to anyone at all.

Had a accident and i paid R 7500 access on a Chevy Spark, and the vehicle was still not in a good condition and after i told them, Thys that works with the insurance got rude and told me im wasting his time. Im giving back the vehicle. Think before you lose all your money on ****ty services and cars from them. It is the worst dealership ever. Whenever I would call them they all are rude over the phone. Speak to a person as if.... I truly do not recommend it to anyone at all.

Falsely Accusing People
Watch out for this company. Their representatives just accuse people of "fraudulent" documents without checking or getting facts straight. 1st ID done in 2002 and second ID done in 2022. Suddenly its fraud. Rather they say they don't want to assist than falsely accuse people.

MSI Dealership BANREP CC T/A Motor vehicle dealer in Kempton Park, Gaiteng. Never buy / do rent to own with that dealership . Is a big scam / ripoff. They sell mechanical problematic cars ; accident repaired vehicles ; unprofessional sales team who sell lies . They will never tell you about limited KMs clause (87kms /day ) . No maintenance plan ; no service . No nothing ; you will be sold a problematic car. Which you’ll spend thousands of rands every month to spend ; plus instalment; plus high deposits . You will regret choosing them . Is a real bad bad bad dealership . Almost all those cars accident repaired vehicles or with mechanical problems. This is the worst dealership . Never go there.
