I bought a vehicle last year April only drove it for a week only to find out that the break light were not functioning I took it back and they tried to fix it with no luck. They replaced the vehicle with same model I drove it for less than a month on my from right it was making a funny noise and the front left light wasn’t working I sent them email they told me to bring the car so that they can have it checked I took it there around September they only fixed the light and boot sensor They told me that they will order the steering rack and which they did April 2025 they replaced the steering rack I then took the car to Malas for wheel alignment that’s where they told me the car has a problem they can’t do wheel alignment or balancing I send the dealership an email regarding this they said I must bring the větší that they can have it checked I took it to them when I get there they said it’s steering rack that is broken I was shocked I then asked “how so because the streering rack was replaced 2 months ago I told them told them that I dnt want this car it was giving me problems from day1 they must take it as replacement not trade it they refused telling me that if k want to trade it in they will minus R18 000 from my deposit which is not fair it’s them who is giving me broken cars They are busy robing people
I requested a bolt ride from swartkop centurion north to kempton park on 03 April 2025 around 14:00 I was charged R260.00 money was debited on my account the ride was cancelled by the driver I cancelled the second ride as it was too far R19.00 was debited on my account for cancellation I was not refunded
Ooba they are ****mers I logged a claim for a bathtub it was rejected they told me that it’s the developers fault
Worse insurance ever. It’s actually a **** 2weeks back my bedroom tiles uplifted and they were making a funny noise but did not crack I informed my building insurance about this a claim was lodged mind you when I bought this house in 2021 the tiles were already installed To my surprise they rejected my claim they told me that it’s cheap labour It’s developer who installed the tiles so why I’m being punished for someone’s work If that’s the case it means when ever I encounter problem with my building they will blame the developer They used to ****ming people. I would not recommend it to anyone they send white ****** assessor🚮🚮🚮🚮
On Monday 18 March 2024 I logged a claim for a bath tube that is cracked and my build-in stove that is not working They’ve sent the assessor the following day even today I’m still waiting for feedback I ******* to contact them several times but they taking me pillar to post Worst insurance ever

Was wa loyal client since MiWay 2013 I had an accident last year last year my claim Was closed without my car being fixed
