Mtc must train their call center staff on good customer service. I spoke to a Jetline who is one of their call center agent. When she realized that she cannot assist further she just passed the bug and said I must just go to the nearest mtc store or send an email. I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor but she just said they do not have any on floor as they are in a meeting. I told her that I will wait until 1 become available but she just hang up the phone. When I called again just seconds after she hang up apparently supervisor was now available to assist me. Its just funny how people would beg for a job but when they have it they put down the name and brand of the company. The service was just poor. I expect a call of apology from her. 0812849341
