App**** for a sim only deal and I received my sim card. Tried to use it but did not work, worse it doesn't even call mtn customer care. I called with another sim to get assistance and I was told to visit the nearest mtn shop. I went to Jabulani mall and the gentleman said I should call customer care. I called today and asked to cancel since I have been up and down with this sim card, a lady Nomasonto gave me an email address mtnsupport@coreactivate.co.za and said to send my cancelation request. Guess what she gave me an incorrect email. I am done with mtn😡😡😡 Why not cancel cause is not even 7 days from the day I app****. You just want to prolong until you say I cant cancel
Capitec should just be a bank not a network provider. I loaded airtime of R 50 using eeziAirtime and it showed successful. Balance did not update. I contacted Capitec Connect and was told eeziArtime is not supported. If a voucher is not supported or invalid it supposed to decline not redeem it successful. Reached out to flash and they confirm airtime was redeemed and cannot reverse. After further investigations shows the number is still registered as cell c but I ported my number months back. Why should I be inconvenienced by my network provider which failed to fully port my number, why is it still showing CellC while it has been changed. So I have lost my R 50 just like that
Never thought that McDonald's would have such unprofessional and stuff that uses culture to their advantage. Today I felt bul**** even talking to the manager was a waste of my time. The professionalasim reflected that we just people who must buy food and continue with life. I just wish burger king can work hard and start work hard and have franchises in many areas.
So disappointed in Cell C as a business and their customer service sucks. I applied for a contract and only received the device without a simcard, went to the store at Campus Square to get assistance and was told to get a sim I must pay R 230 on the spot. Everytime I call the contact center I'm told matter has been escalated and I will receive a sim card then do a sim swap. Issue been going on since Mid-October 2022. So what is happening to all my benefits which comes with my contract since I do not have a card to access them. This is all a fraud. All they want is our money and never provide service. I really regret moving to cell c. They don't deserve to be a network provider.
I am disappointed with the guy who claimed to be the manager at Shell service station in Dlamini Soweto, that guy just put the name Shell into the mud, I bought pies and snacks only to find out i bought a wrong flavor of snacks, so I went back with my receipt for an exchange but the lady at the till said unfortunately they are not allowed to exchange, so I went back to the shelves took the correct pack and said to the lady im now buying this other one and this guy came took the snacks and told the she cannot exchange for me, I told him please bring the snacks I am paying for them, he said no you will not you can't afford them. His words were painful even though I knew I could afford the snacks and worse part he doesn't even know my bank balance. People will beg for a job but as soon as they have it start to treat the person who brings business to them like a thing. Shell is a good brand but people like the manager at Dlamini service station opposite thokoza park does not deserve to put on Shell colors, those kinds drag the brand into mud
Mtc must train their call center staff on good customer service. I spoke to a Jetline who is one of their call center agent. When she realized that she cannot assist further she just passed the bug and said I must just go to the nearest mtc store or send an email. I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor but she just said they do not have any on floor as they are in a meeting. I told her that I will wait until 1 become available but she just hang up the phone. When I called again just seconds after she hang up apparently supervisor was now available to assist me. Its just funny how people would beg for a job but when they have it they put down the name and brand of the company. The service was just poor. I expect a call of apology from her. 0812849341
