I am very frustrated with the mere fact that I've been on a contract and I am being billed the last 2 month yet no service was provided. February the 1st you took R260 airtime away of January and R260 airtime away of February and on top of that R40 WhatsApp bundle. I can't be paying for services I have not received. I am requesting reimbur*****t for all of this. My contract is to pay a device and airtime,this 2 months I was billed and deducted yet no services.
