This is now day 6 without Internet,yet the account gets paid every month but this is the service I get. Client code: Cra539 Contact: 0734200117.I've have invested so much time,data and airtime and I've not been assisted.My service is off so it's means I am paying for no use.How will I be compensated for this? How much longer do I need to waste my time,money on this?It is with much disappointment that I have to respond. As a service provider for fibre the service being delivered is very poor and unprofessional. I keep getting emails the matter is resolved to make things even worse you debit my account whereas you have not resolved my query.Technician came the 28th Feb,checked the fibre box inside my place and said the fault is outside he will return which never happened back that day.I paid for the full month and had service for 26 days not 28 days.I am requesting the matter to be resolved and these 2 days of no service to be refunded for.Let a technician get sent out to fix the wiring.This is ******* imagine paying for no service. It's a new month I have paid.. no service still
I am very frustrated with the mere fact that I've been on a contract and I am being billed the last 2 month yet no service was provided. February the 1st you took R260 airtime away of January and R260 airtime away of February and on top of that R40 WhatsApp bundle. I can't be paying for services I have not received. I am requesting reimbur*****t for all of this. My contract is to pay a device and airtime,this 2 months I was billed and deducted yet no services.
Bought half a chicken with side and it was so dry. There was barely sauce on the chicken not to mention the fries was so little. Very unhappy with the meal as I haven't had any experience like this with other branches before.
3 Months and still waiting on claim to be processed.Been to Randburg offices 3 times already.Calling the centre for Uif for 3 months.Documents sent several times but agents are not doing their jobs.Ntanganedzeni.Nhlulo was spoken to on the 8.07.2024 had to escalate n attach document not done neither did Mantibu.Lekota which I spoke to thereafter.Docs were sent 5.07.2024,3.07.2024.
I'm honestly dissatisfied with the service received.It has been 3 months and Ive not received one payment for uif.3 months of calling in to be helped,I've been to Randburg offices 3 times.Ive sent my documents but the agents are just not doing their This is unacceptable we are Unemployed and need our funds but must struggle because of employees who are paid to work but don't do their jobs.
Vodacom please do me a favor and stop sending me emails ,I'm not interested in your marketing.I wasted a lot of money from December to January visiting Rosebank branch timeless to get the contract canceled and not to mention calling in several times..contract which was only cancelled this month.Im so disappointed and this is not the first time I haven't been assisted and yet I've been a loyal customer for more than 7years taking out contracts and purchasing devices.I want nothing to so with you guys,I'll be doing Change of Ownership soon with the 2 active contracts and move to a other network provider.Do not phone or send mails regarding your service.
I've been receiving calls from the 12th January.Ive advised to be called at 2pm when I'm on lunch however almost everyday I'm being called at wrong times which is a distraction at my workplace.Its been on going for a month and now I'm being called now then consultant keeps quiet and drops the call,I don't know what sick game is this but I wouldn't want service of such.
I requested a cancellation December. I'm getting a invoice sent from January for a phone that had to be canceled end of January.I'm so disappointed that all Vodacom staff is *********** in their jobs ,I have spoken to more than 7 agents and still haven't been assisted Instead I'm upgraded yet I didn't receive any phone.So for how long should I call Vodacom to do a simple thing and cancel my contract.How would a customer even want to continue with a provider that gives bad service.If I don't get a cancellation letter and the phone removed I'm going to take this up further.I will contact the Ombudsman.
I must say that I'm very unhappy with how Vodacom deals with a client that's been loyal for years.I have spoken to Nomhle Dlamini on the 6.12.2023 and she gave me a offer for an upgrade.2 days later I called in requesting the upgrade to be canceled I then spoke to Genevieve Naicker which advised it would take 7working days however no reference and confirmation for cancelation was sent to me. I was at Rosebank branch the 28.12.2023 when I came to realization that there is no cancelation on my profile, I also spoke to Sibongile Baloyi who again insisted I upgrade after advising I'm unhappy with Vodacom and no longer want to be in use of your service.I spoke last to Bridesman Vuyela who advised matter will be escalated on the 28.12.3023. Next I get a contract for a upgrade I canceled 2 days after it was done. I will not pay for a contract I requested a cancelation for.I will not be forced to be in contract sent to me the 30.12.2023 ..It is clear thay Vodacom has *******ion as everyone is not cancelling the contract. I want a cancelation confirmation and reference sent.Ive got call logs of calling in attended and aswell as unattended ..being put on the line for 9 to close to 11minutes and being sent sms thereafter regarding theres no cancellation confirmed with no ref .I don't not want any form of communication regarding deals and offers cause I have gotten bad experience with u guys not to mention the *****ulent upgrade. I will not give any notice as it's over a month struggling to cancel the contract.
Telkom has terrible customer service, I've been querying from Feb 2022 regarding a double rejection fee for 1 unsuccessful debit. Every time I call in or request for a callback each consultant ends up dropping the call without assisting me, they don't escalate matters, they don't assist if you want to speak to a manager either, I've sent more than 10 emails with my statement and not 1 consultant has attached it to my query and till this day there's no refund. Pathetic service provider. Not one agent can do their jobs. Neither does management check if their staff are doing the right thing.It is disgusting that a service provider can give such a service.
