Most disgusting eatery ever
My most disgusting experience at a eatery ever. A waiter (not the one serving us), leaning against the wall near the door to the kitchen, put a finger in one of her nostrils and remove something from there. She then roll the treasure a ball and shoot it to the floor with her forefinger. She went on to put the very same finger in her mouth to scratch between her teeth. After that she start scratching out ****les from the skin of her face, throwing it on the floor as well. She must have saw the disgust in the expression on my face, came to our table to ask if everything is all right. My replay was certainly not. She was clearly not even aware of or bothered by her rude behaviour and clearly has no concept of or regard for hygiene or food safety. Was she trained on hygiene? Was she evaluated on the topic? Where is her supervisor of manager? Do they not see what is going on? She went back to her favourite place next to the wall after her visit to our table and start scratching in her hair. I won't ever set foot in that place again. By the way, the food served to us was way below standerd.

Bad food and service
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Ordered food for a late lunch and was served a blue egg that, according to the manager, had been prepared when they opened. Drinks were warm, the table was never cleared, and the restrooms had no soap or hand towels. This place clearly has no regard for basic hygiene or food safety. Do yourself a favour and skip this restaurant entirely — you’re far better off eating at the McDonald’s across the road.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Ordered food for a late lunch and was served a blue egg that, according to the manager, had been prepared when they opened. Do yourself a favour and skip this restaurant entirely — you’re far better off eating at the McDonald’s across the road.

Takeaway disaster
Name and shame! Worst service ever at Mugg and Bean Atterbury Value mart!!! I was in a rush and asked the waiter if they have the chicken and mushroom pie that they sell at M&B on the move. I explained numerous times that it is the chicken and mushroom pie they sell at M&B to move. She confirmed yes. Asked if I wanted fries I said no this is only the pie to go. She said it goes with the pie. So I ordered the fries, I am in a rush. When she brought the bill it is double the normal amount. Again. I asked why is the amount so hy for only the pie. She showed me the pie on the menu and I said again this is not what I wanted. I asked how are they going to put a pie that is served in a bowl without a crust cup in a take away. She rep****, No they will pack it, they know how. Waiting for 20 min, a few waiters asking my order number to check why am I waiting g so long for my food. Just to get n piece of dough in a box with the filling in a takeaway cup... Again I expressed that this is the reason why I asked how they are going to give me a take away pie... She just stared at me. When I asked to speak to the manager, the Manager just stands there and can only say 'sorry'... How am I suppose to eat this on the go. They will not see me again. How can they even give this to a client that pays for it?

Bad and Poor Service !!
This morning i was humiliated and embarrassed at Atterbury Value Mart Mugg and Bean: My daughter sent me a birthday complimentary voucher from Mugg and Bean. The voucher included free Cappuccino and a Slice of cake of my choice. This morning, 12 October 2023 around 08:30 i went to Atterbury Mugg and Bean to claim the voucher. I met two waitresses outside the store and explained the whole thing to them. I then walked in with the other waitress into the store and asked me which cake i would prefer, i said chocolate cake. The order was then placed with the kitchen. She then asked me to check my phone then i showed her the screenshots of the voucher on my phone. She disputed and said that they dont allow screenshot and asked me who is going to pay for the order? I told her i dont have money on me and will come pay tomorrow and they can keep the coffee and cake and my licence as surety. I asked if i can speak to the Manager, she said the Manager is on leave i then said give me his/her number so that i can talk to her as this was first time claiming this. The other lady then said she must go talk to the owner who was sitting in the office. The waitress went there and spoke to the owner and i dont know what she told the owner. The owner came and said i must leave his store immediately without even having to explain my side of the story. I tried to speak again for the second time and he commanded me to leave the store. I was so humiliated and disrespected by this restaurant. Then i walked out in peace with the owner standing there. My thinking is that hear both sides of the story before you can chase the customer out. I also think that the procedure should be , verify the voucher or QR code before an order can be placed to avoid this kind of thing to happen again. I will never ever take my family or recommend anyone to go to that Mugg and Bean ever !!!
