Absolutely unacceptable experience. Ordered food for a late lunch and was served a blue egg that, according to the manager, had been prepared when they opened. Drinks were warm, the table was never cleared, and the restrooms had no soap or hand towels. This place clearly has no regard for basic hygiene or food safety. Do yourself a favour and skip this restaurant entirely — you’re far better off eating at the McDonald’s across the road.
I was very sceptical at first so looked them up on Hello Peter. I placed my order and in less than 24 hours I had my parcel. Great service and product. I will use them in future!
We had a table that bowed and had the veneer bubbling. We contacted Jeremia who then sent his guys out to come and have a look at the table. After the inspection Jeremia ordered the exact same table for us and got is set up and removed the faulty table. Jeremia went out of his way to assist us and keep us updated even with the loss of a family member he kept his word and kept us smiling.
Gary Jansen was exceptional with his service and knowledge. He even brought us fuel when the Pajero that we just purchased got stuck on the highway. Thank you Gary and Germiston WeBuyCars
Dont ever buy from Deal Hub. My Order DH28461 has been on a waiting list and after a couple of emails and calls I was promised that I will getmy tracking number by the 15th work day. I didn't get a tracking number from them and now that I'm requesting a refund they tell me that they only can do refunds within 72 hours from the purchase and that they can't do refunds anymore. Deal Hub are a bunch of *******!
I have cancelled my Tracker on my vehicle through the mobile app from May 2022 but each month I've been debited as Tracker has not processed it. I then called in September to cancel my account yet again to get the funds to be taken from my account. I called yet again in October with the same result. I called again in November to cancel and asked them to send me proof of cancelation, as nothing was sent from them I had to call again to get confirmation that my account was canceled and asked them again to make sure that no funds will be deducted from my account again, which the lady confirmed. I got the cancelation notice on the 18th November from the lady that I spoke to. Today on the 2nd of December my account was debited yet again by Tracker. In short don't use Tracker as they are like herpes they just keep on coming back no matter what you do.
My fridge was collected by Bergen's to repair it due to not cooling. They replaced the filter and re-gas the system which they charged me R 862. Two day later the fridge didn't get cool yet again. They did write on the bottom of the invoice "NO GUARANTEE ON REGAS DUE TO POSSIBLE INTERNAL LEAK" Surely any reputable appliance repair company will do an exact fault finding and quote on the repair from that. Not fill a fridge with Freon which might have a possible leak and then return it to a clients house. According to GOOGLE "Sniffing Freon is extremely dangerous and can lead to long-term brain damage and sudden death." In short don't use Bergen's Appliance Repairs & Spares as they don't repair anything long term and by no way have no care about a clients health.
Review on my old post as Samsung doesn't reply on private messages or even public replies on that thread: Eventually got a call from Samsung South Africa. Needless to say a total waste of time. Not getting back to me as my complaint was "escalated" and me then cracking my phone screen. They just replied that I should have taken my affected products to a service centre but now that my screen is cracked warranty is void. Any other country would have contacted sooner to sort the multiple issues and seeing that they did not respond at least would have offered to repair the screen or even replace the defective device. But as South Africa is a country that service is a thing of the past there is just no need to have any customer service any more. Samsung South Africa you are honestly the worst client service provider!
I have the following Samsung products, TV, Note 20Ultra, Smart washing machine that just does not do what they are supposed to do. The phone is by far the worst phone ever I'll rather take the exploding devices than this piece of ****. The TV will not send sound signals to either of my amplifiers... Have to restart several times before it works. Washing machine has never been able to link to my Wi-Fi even after trying to get assistance from someone who just reads from a troubleshooting paper at Samsung support. I'll be going over to an IPhone and LG on all my other appliances. Samsung has definitely dropped the ball. Their products is the upmost **** and their support is a joke
Telkom came to install a phone line yet again at my place after they cancelled the working line but now didn't install my ASDL line as I requested from the beginning. After much debate to there joke of a customer care line they now come with a response that I need to pay R 700 for the ADSL line. The previous times nobody asked for a deposit as they yet again went to Kempton Park \and no I still don't live there". I can not understand why they keep on changing there stories."""
