Most disgusting eatery ever

My most disgusting experience at a eatery ever. A waiter (not the one serving us), leaning against the wall near the door to the kitchen, put a finger in one of her nostrils and remove something from there. She then roll the treasure a ball and shoot it to the floor with her forefinger. She went on to put the very same finger in her mouth to scratch between her teeth. After that she start scratching out ****les from the skin of her face, throwing it on the floor as well. She must have saw the disgust in the expression on my face, came to our table to ask if everything is all right. My replay was certainly not. She was clearly not even aware of or bothered by her rude behaviour and clearly has no concept of or regard for hygiene or food safety. Was she trained on hygiene? Was she evaluated on the topic? Where is her supervisor of manager? Do they not see what is going on? She went back to her favourite place next to the wall after her visit to our table and start scratching in her hair. I won't ever set foot in that place again. By the way, the food served to us was way below standerd.
