Worst service ever at Mugg and Bean Atterbury Value mart!!!

I was in a rush and asked the waiter if they have the chicken and mushroom pie that they sell at M&B on the move. I explained numerous times that it is the chicken and mushroom pie they sell at M&B to move. She confirmed yes. Asked if I wanted fries I said no this is only the pie to go. She said it goes with the pie. So I ordered the fries, I am in a rush. When she brought the bill it is double the normal amount. Again. I asked why is the amount so hy for only the pie. She showed me the pie on the menu and I said again this is not what I wanted. I asked how are they going to put a pie that is served in a bowl without a crust cup in a take away. She rep****, No they will pack it, they know how. Waiting for 20 min, a few waiters asking my order number to check why am I waiting g so long for my food. Just to get n piece of dough in a box with the filling in a takeaway cup... Again I expressed that this is the reason why I asked how they are going to give me a take away pie... She just stared at me. When I asked to speak to the manager, the Manager just stands there and can only say 'sorry'... How am I suppose to eat this on the go. They will not see me again. How can they even give this to a client that pays for it?
