Kudos to manager Claudine Makola on handling an irate customer this morning. I can provide this review first hand as I was the customer.

She was cool calm and apologetic beyond she needed to be. A true ambassador Mugg and Bean. I’ll eat at this store regularly like I’ve done over the past 15 years. Hope that they give her credits. I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of my complaint this morning.
