This franchise needs a wake up call. Have you tried using the sachets of tomato sauce?? Its ridiculous. Why cant tou fo back to the dispensers with sauce. Its a nightmare opening 10 sachets wirh already messed hands to get out a few drops.
Kudos to manager Claudine Makola on handling an irate customer this morning. I can provide this review first hand as I was the customer. She was cool calm and apologetic beyond she needed to be. A true ambassador Mugg and Bean. I’ll eat at this store regularly like I’ve done over the past 15 years. Hope that they give her credits. I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of my complaint this morning.
The security company used by Balitto Hills Estate is absolutely shocking. Only one machine to scan visitors in. Queues to get into the estate. The management of this estate need to review their security company and access methods.
Been supporting the various Raj restaurants for decades. Today I was thoroughly disappointed with the @Tmesquare Raj. Always ask for the private room and usually there isn’t a problem because this branch is dead quite midweek usually. Today wasn’t an exception. Two customers about to leave when I entered. Asked for the two seater in the private room was told I must book. Then I approached the manager who said the same things and that minimum spend is R350 per person. The level of greed is also insurmountable. Which Restuarant sets such ridiculous rules. The private room is a room with open passage to the main section. Nothing special happening there like belly dancing or the like. Absolutely ridiculous and unreasonable in the circumstances of things.
Vikrams @CarnivalCity have changed the management team and chefs and the food is fine from being the best in Gauteng to very bad. Thoroughly disappointed at having to travel to Carnival City from PRETORIA just to savor the delicious meals we have been accustomed to. It’s grossly you fair to keep the menu the same without notifying patrons that the chefs have changed. You will not see business from me again Raja bhai was the best manager ever and the previous chefs were the best of the best. Now?????? I doubt Vikram will eat at this branch and be satisfied and we ordered veg only, being vegetarians. You not living up to your promise in your website to Vikrams is not just a restaurant for us. It's a passion and our continuous effort to acquire excellence. We regaurd food as an art. It ought to feed the eyes as much as it should feed the mouth. Only the best quality ingredients make their way into our kitchen and from there to the table to take you on a unique gastronomical adventure.
Bad experience at Wiesenhof at Little Company of Mary Hospital. I told the waitress I am vegetarian strictly and was limited to order chips and salad. First taste of the chips told me the oil used was used to fry non veg and the manager who was very understanding immediately admitted so. Vegetarians be aware and ask if chips are fried in separate oil.
MTN has a customer care department that DOESNT CARE about its customers. I cannot get a simple invoice sent to me despite weeks of waiting and multiple reminders for them to reply to my emails. What is happening to service delivery in our country? MTN needs to be accountable for their failures. It’s a disgrace.
Disappointed that Wimpy will not substitute bacon for baked beans with on a breakfast special to accommodate vegetarians. Surely there must be some adjustment that you could do instead of staying rigid even with your specials.
This dealers Menlyn branch, was the winning bidder for a car I had Weelee auction. I accepted the offer subject to them viewing my car. I declared minor scratches on the rear fender instead of the rear bumper when I put the details of the car on Weelee’s website. When I got tom the dealer, the lady who was inspecting the car came out with every lame excuse in the book and stated that the info they received from Weelee said nothing about the bumper scratches. There were NO scratches anywhere else on the car. Then she stated that the interior needs to be cleaned as well. For crying out loud this car was immaculate and an auto valet was not even necessary and car dealerships usually do auto valets for most if not all cars they resell. I immediately suspected that they didn’t want to buy the car for whatever reason, I’m guessing they bid too much, and refused to even make an offer lower than the amount they bid stating that Weele prohibited them from now negotiating with me further. This is what is called reneging on a lawful contract where there was an offer and acceptance subject to viewing, in my opinion. At viewing the reason for withdrawing the offer must relate to misrepresentation by the seller, which was not the case here. They seem to be a reputable dealership from other reviews I’ve read, but I think that used all excuses to get out of my deal. Weelee tried to chat with them to no avail. I deceived not to pursue this matter and left the dealership. I immediately went to another dealer who bought my car at the price bid by Citton Cars Menlyn and paid for it the next day. N2 Auto rocks. Real good human beings that are honorable honest and display impeccable integrity from my experience.
Dischem offers to all walk in vaccinations provided one of registered on the EVDS system I double checked by calling the Menlyn branch if my wife could walk in. I was told yes Went there the next morning stood in the queue only to be told after all the waiting NO WALK ins. Can you believe this? Yet there is a Dis-Chem board displayed offering walk inns? Pathetic to misrepresent this offer for walk inns especially during the pandemic when no one want to expose themselves unnecessarily by standing with others for hours.
