FALSE ADVERTISING

So I have been a customer since 2009 with Mullers and to my surprise every time they have a promotion they always tell me I don't qualify for the promotion as I'm having specs made through my medical aid. And now they have a promotion running where its get a 2nd free pair of lens when you buy a spectacle frame and lens. The catch is that you must be purchasing Zeiss lens as its their promotion that's running but no where on their ad are they stipulating this.

The service that one is receiving from Mullers is no longer the same. I've reached a point where I want to change my optometrist after being loyal to them for over 10 years.
