So I have been a customer since 2009 with Mullers and to my surprise every time they have a promotion they always tell me I don't qualify for the promotion as I'm having specs made through my medical aid. And now they have a promotion running where its get a 2nd free pair of lens when you buy a spectacle frame and lens. The catch is that you must be purchasing Zeiss lens as its their promotion that's running but no where on their ad are they stipulating this. The service that one is receiving from Mullers is no longer the same. I've reached a point where I want to change my optometrist after being loyal to them for over 10 years.
So on Wednesday the 02 June 2021 at exactly 112:43pm I made an online purchase from KFC Claremont. The money went out of my account but my order has never been processed I immediatly contacted customer care and in the same time I sent an email including a bank a statement so they could see. I never back from them ever since then beside getting a case number. I then called them on Friday 05 June 2021 and the guy that answered the phone had the audacity to lie to me in my ears that he tried calling me the Thursday but I never answered my phone. How could I not have answered my phone if I was expecting a call from them. Anyway he advised me that he would escalate the matter to the store because the money went to the stores account I asked him to give me an ETA he told me 72 hours I said okay. I get to work today Monday 07 June 2021 and guess what still no one has gotten back to me in regards to my refund. I phoned customer care they advised me they have escalated the matter to the store and wow to my surprise the matter hasnt reached the store either, because as soon as I ended the call with customer care I contacted the store and spoke to the manager Loraine who was self surprised that she's hearing this because she knows nothing about it. So now I sit at my desk as I type this complain how many other people is KFC online trying to con? By not refunding their money. Im tired of the constant fights and arguments with the store when the biggest problem here is online and customer care!
On the 1st December i placed an order online on the 9th December my order was placed on hold. On the 10th December i was at Mr Price home and queried my online order I was told that there is nothing they can do i need to sort it out with online because its not their problem. I've been sending messages on facebook I've been calling but no one is getting back to me which i becoming very frustrating. I called on the 14th i had to hold on the line for 20 minutes before someone assisted me and then i was put on hold again by the consultant for 6 minutes. Today is the 20th and i still didnt receive my money and no responses from Mr Price not even a phone call NOTHING!!!
So on Saturday morning I took my daughter to watch The Nut Job 2 at the V&A Waterfront. It was the first show for the day so you expect the cinema to be clean but I was in for a big surprise. The cup holder for my drinks was filled with all kinds of paper and popcorn. On my to the cinema where my movie was playing one of the cleaners offered me a booster seat for daughter which I usually get because she's small anyway she gets it from the cleaner. We go in to the movie and first settle her down just to come across the booster seat I was offered is filthy, beyond dirty, unhygenic. Then the seat I had to sit was filled with seasoning of someone's popcorn aswel as popcorn on the floor and not forgetting one of the chairs in front of me the back cover of the seat was missing. I can't believe I spent R95 and R75 on a movie ticket to go and sit inside that filthy cinema. Firstly it's the first show of the day you expect the cinema to be clean and secondly that seat that doesn't have a back cover could hurt any person or their child, the child could get a splint or someone's top could've hooked anything for that matter could happen I'm a regular visitor to V&A Waterfront and never have experienced such bad service previously
