MY husband went to collect his digital Lense eyewear and after some couple of days he noticed some scratches on the Lenses, and they have quoted for everything include the anti-scratch and he went back to complain, and was told that he scratched them himself like mechanical damage and they offer no help even though he paid a lot of money for this glasses because he depend on them to see. The worst part is that when he goes to the branch the manger was always nowhere to be found until he gave up and had to spend more money to do new pair of glasses at spectacle warehouse that they don't even scratch, that tell me how ************* and a terrible services muller's has and with unprofessional staff too.
