I had a worse service with openserve seriously terrible.in April i chance my service with Mweb and they gave me a month which was may for the process so by 31 may my cancelation was finalized and 2nd of june my line was released. In june i begin to apply to webafrica but that took 2 weeks as they couldn't proceed because they said my line was still with another ISP even after sending my cancelation to show that's not true unfortunately that didn't work out.i decided to try supersonic that was june and now its august supersonic came back to saying the same thing am with another ISP,i took it upon myself to email openserve to ask which ISP my BNumber/number belong to they said no one,they told me my line was released in june,they even set up an appointments To activate my line and it was activated with no internet and when i inquire from supersonic i was told my line is with another ISP even after all that trouble, of **** activation and receiving router my line was cancel mid you no one from supersonic called me to explain.i thought let me reapply and after 2 week of being told my order is place successfuly with an FNO again am told by supersonic my line is with another ISP.mid you this FNO is openserve who supposed to help you yet making your life a living hell.really are you people trying to make me crazy,are you so incompitetant that need to be told how to do your jobs,you tell me one thing and do something different. You want a person to email you but never respond,you take weeks to ask stupid questions where a person has explain their story yet you don't read their email properly to respond to what was asked.Wow really openserve is worse,explain to me which ISP am with so that i can fix this myself,stop telling me am with an ISP and not saying the name of the ISP you have that information tell me,unless when Mweb told you to release my line as am nolonger with them you didnt do it that's the only explanation for this ridiculousness mess.
MY husband went to collect his digital Lense eyewear and after some couple of days he noticed some scratches on the Lenses, and they have quoted for everything include the anti-scratch and he went back to complain, and was told that he scratched them himself like mechanical damage and they offer no help even though he paid a lot of money for this glasses because he depend on them to see. The worst part is that when he goes to the branch the manger was always nowhere to be found until he gave up and had to spend more money to do new pair of glasses at spectacle warehouse that they don't even scratch, that tell me how ************* and a terrible services muller's has and with unprofessional staff too.

I had the worse racist encounter at Dunlop Tyres commercial IC Steel in Cnr Millpark & Montreal Dr Bonquinar Industrial. I brought my car to be checked , because it had a puncture, while they were busy i ask one of a the white gentleman for a toilet to pee and he directed me to the office where the was a lady sitting wish she is the only lady sitting in an office at that Dunlop, and i said the gentleman outside said to ask you for the toilet and her respond was its not for the public. she refuse point blank for the customer to use the toilet. first of all that gentleman would have not instructed me to go to her if the company policy say customers can't use the toilet. It is a clear indication that i was black that's why she said no. Its 2022 and we still experiencing racism people are refusing to change. What loss would she have suffer if she allow me to go to the toilet. Regard Friedah
I love the popcorn of wonder snack they really taste like the popcorn I make from home.i buy mine at spar vangate mall and have substituted the Simba and lays with this popcorn and I buy the original all the time. With healthy eating this popcorns are the best snacks with lower calories.Thank you keep up the good work
Since lockdown started I've been buying more stuff by takealot and I must say the service is great.it was great before n now is even better and I love the speady service and best put was when my blender broke after a week of having it and I return it with no hustle. So keep up the good work
I have car insurance with miyway and I must say great service from Ramsy Kgosana in helping me with a dent and scratches cover I wanted to add on my policy
Telkom is the worse network in South Africa.i have contract with them in 2014 and I cancel it and the amount was deducted from my account, yet 7years later I see on my credit report that the same account it's been activated apparently because I owe R186 wish is a lie I paid the full amount 2014.so sept last year I went to vangate mall Telkom branch to find out what was going on and they assure me that it will be fixed and close wish it did happen for a while and was removed from my credit report for 6 months, but it's back again I don't even know why.please hello Peter help me as this is affecting my credit score badly because it says am not paying telkom.even if I do owe them this debt it's prescribed already and it's against the law to charge a person for a debt that is old.
I am so disappointed with zando.ive my son clothes for Christmas and the shoe size was small and log a return call on 04-11-20 and and received info wednesday that someone is coming to fetch the shoe and I personally call the guy to tell him am not at work he must one to my are only to be told he will come the next day at work,since then it's been one nonsense again n again and today it's Monday 14 and the shoe still not pick up.every day I use to get an SMS about someone picking up the shoe only to find out that is a lie as I called the driver and that driver was not at work and doesn't even work on the side that he supposed to pick up the shoe.am really disappointed her and I will never ever order from Zando ever again bad service and the worse is I need the shoe return so that I can buy my son new shoes before Christmas.
