I went to collect my digital Lense eyewear and after some couple of days I notice some scratches on the Lenses, and they have quoted for everything include the anti-scratch and I went back to complain, and I was told that I scratched them myself like mechanical damage and they offer no help even though I paid a lot of money for my glasses because I depend on them to see. The worst part is that when you go to the branch the manger was always nowhere to be found until I gave up and had to spend more money to do new pair of glasses at spectacle warehouse that they don't even scratch, that tell me how ************* and a terrible services muller's has and with unprofessional staff too.
