Bad bad service from Multi Destinations Club

As a member, once again received the worst service from Multi Destinations Club. They failed to inform me of a water shortage problem at the resort which I booked. I had to cancel my holiday and they just say sorry that they can't help me with alternative accommodation as I am the one cancelling on short notice. If they informed me 3 months ago (there is no water since the floods) I would have made alternative arrangements. Only when I phone to confirm my booking that I learnt of the water supply problem.

Be warned - never ever use this company. I can assure that you will only have problems.
