Good day, I booked the express service for my vehicle and was very surprised that they did the service and cleaned the car within an hour. It was a relief that they kept to the time. Only thing was that I had to wait for a wi-fi code because they were not prepared.
Need assistance to get my refund back from this company.
We saw an advert in the Pick 'n Pay catalogue for an A+ fridge. When we got to Pick 'n Pay Lifestyle Centurion it turns out that their head office made a mistake in the adverti*****t as there is no such fridge in existence. We were extremely upset because that was exactly what we needed. Sabina from Pick 'n Pay Lifestyle Centurion went out of her way to assist us to get a fridge. Thank you for all your trouble. We appreciate it!
We paid the deposit for our pump and confirmed twice that it will be installed today. We had to make special arrangements to be available for them. When we phoned Sam this morning he confirmed again. Nobody came. When we called Iban he was not aware that we are waiting for him. We now insisting on a refund of our deposit. Let see how that goes......

As a member, once again received the worst service from Multi Destinations Club. They failed to inform me of a water shortage problem at the resort which I booked. I had to cancel my holiday and they just say sorry that they can't help me with alternative accommodation as I am the one cancelling on short notice. If they informed me 3 months ago (there is no water since the floods) I would have made alternative arrangements. Only when I phone to confirm my booking that I learnt of the water supply problem. Be warned - never ever use this company. I can assure that you will only have problems.
